About this guide

DaintreeForestTours.com is an independent guide to tours of the Daintree Rainforest in Far North Queensland, Australia. We are not a tour operator, Queensland Parks and Wildlife, Tourism Port Douglas Daintree or GetYourGuide, and the site name describes the place we write about rather than a business.

Facts about the park, the ferry, the roads and the wildlife are checked against official sources: Queensland Parks and Wildlife, the Wet Tropics Management Authority, Douglas Shire Council and the Mossman Gorge Centre. Facts about each tour come from the operator's own listing on GetYourGuide, including recent guest reviews. Tour details change; when a listing and this page disagree, the listing at checkout wins.

The site is funded by affiliate commissions: when you book through a link here, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we recommend, including telling you when a shorter day from Port Douglas beats a long one from Cairns. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.
